Everything has a face (part 4)

Even cars and ambulances in Japan have faces. Here is a poster in the lobby of our apartment building. I wonder what it means.... something about driving carefully in the rainy season maybe? Can anyone tell me?

the cars say " do not break legal" i guess. In Japan you have to stop and hand over ambalances which is hurry to the hopital. So the poster says it is rule. Do you understand what i mean?

Oh I see! Something like "give way to ambulances" to avoid accidents. Thanks Haruna - that has been bugging me for weeks :-)
